Chloe Shann
The annual Household Cavalry Cross Country Ride takes place in Twyford, in the Quorn Country. Members of the Household Cavalry Mounted Division and other invited civilian riders attempt a two mile course, over sturdy Leicestershire hedges. Following the ride the Army's horses will return to London from their base in Melton Mowbray in order to prepare for the Royal Wedding in April.
